What Actually Happens During a SOC 2 Audit

Once a year, someone we don't work for tries to break our [music] system. A SOC 2 audit is an outside firm going through access [music] controls, encryption, backups, everything, and writing down what they find, [music] good or bad. They don't take our word for anything. That's the point.
